Fine woven wool flannel blanket 2.4mm/1/16thin thick. The woven blanket is more durable and will hold its shape for longer than a compressed felt. The fronting blanket is designed to lie next to the paper when printing and will soak up water and size from the paper. To protect your blanket please ensure you bevel your metal plates if they are 1mm or thicker. Regular cold/delicate wash with a wool detergent will ensure years of use.
