Caran d'Ache Watercolour Palettes are made from white acrylic plastic (plexiglass) and have a versatile double-sided mixing surface for optimal colour mixing and control. One side is rough and the other smooth, useful for different blending techniques. Great for use with watercolours, a waterbrush can be used to lift and apply mixed colours onto a painting.
Since the palette is non-absorbent, watercolours can dry completely and be reactivated with water later. The palette is easy to clean and can also be used with other paint mediums such as oil, acrylic, gouache, and ink. This blending palette measures 260mm x 130mm and has a convenient thumbhole for ease of use.
