EC Lyons : Irregular Roulette : Barrel Shaped

E.C. Lyons Roulettes are made in the US, and are recognised across the world as the finest roulettes available. This irregular roulette tool is designed to be used in intaglio printmaking processes. The drum shaped head of the tool revolves around the shaft, stippling the ground in an irregular fashion. Areas roughened in this way will hold more ink and appear darker in the finished print.
