Handover’s oil based gold size is available in a range of open times from 1½ hours to 24 hours. These are the approximate times you should expect to have to work on the size before it dries completely. Within that time you will have to wait before the size is ready to receive leaf - this will vary with temperature, climate, substrate, application, etc.
