Jackson's Procryl brushes are designed for professional oil and acrylic painters. Made with acrylic fibres and a long matte black handle, they are moderately springy and absorbent, softening slightly after repeated solvent cleaning.
Jackson’s Black Hog brushes offer softness and spring similar to black sable, but with slightly stiffer hair. These interlocked brushes have copper ferrules and smart matte black handles for a professional finish.
Staff Tip: When cleaning synthetic brushes used with oil paint, avoid turpentine as it can break down the synthetic filaments. Use an odourless or low-odour brush cleaner instead.
