This tusche has handling qualities similar to ink and can be diluted to make gradated washes typical of stone lithography. By scratching into the dry marks, delicate non-printing lines can be created.
Work on a clean white horizontal surface or a lightbox. Shake the container very thoroughly before squeezing some tusche into a china or glass bowl. Different types of brushes, paint shapers, rags and sponges can be used.
