PanPastel Colours are artist-quality soft pastel colours in a unique pan format, so that they can be mixed and applied like paint.
The soft pastel colour is contained in pans ready to be applied to a surface with your finger, a brush, or the special Pan Pastel applicator. They have very little dust for a cleaner working environment.
Dawn Emerson is the author of the book 'Pastel Innovations'. She uses PanPastel as a tool for both pastel painting and mixed media that enables her to apply colour and layer more creatively, physically and spontaneously.
