Pebeo's Silicone Oil is an additive for acrylic colours and for use with pouring mediums. The Studio Acrylics Silicone Oil creates beautiful cells when applied to wet colour or wet colour and medium mixtures. Artists should adjust the amount dropped into the mixture to obtain their desired effect. Only a few drops are usually required to create the beautiful cell-like effects (3 to 8 drops maximum depending on the amount prepared).
The bottle includes a pipette stopper for optimal dosage during application. Please be aware, if there is too much silicone oil it can create holes in some areas of the mixture when applying. You can find out more about pour painting on
