Pebeo Studio Acrylics are rich acrylic colours with high viscosity, providing excellent quality at an affordable price. Available in a wide range of colours including iridescent and fluorescent colours. They have a thick consistency, can retain brush or spatula marks, and dry to a satin finish. Vivid and deep, these colours are permanent once dry and can be used on almost any surface due to their excellent adherence properties. This includes canvas, cardboard, wood, metal, and more. Pebeo Studio Acrylics are suitable for detailed work, and when applied with a brush they can be used for fine, regular lines, glaze effects and watercolour effects. They can also retain brush marks and are ideal for use with a palette knife. Colours are fully intermixable with other acrylic paints and mediums.
Studio Acrylics Iridescent colours are obtained from special effect pigments. These Pearl pigments are composed of layers of different materials with different refractive indices that transmit part of the light and reflect another part. These provide a variety of interesting effects, especially when used in combination with other Studio Acrylics. Once dry, acrylics are permanent and water-resistant.
