Tom Norton Walnut Drawing Ink is a watersoluble, archival-quality ink made with artist-grade pigments – not actual walnuts. Unlike traditional walnut ink, it is lightfast and acid-free, with a rich walnut colour and excellent layering and lifting properties. Tones can be deepened through layering or lifted with a wet brush.
Ideal for calligraphy, dip and fountain pens, underpainting on wood for encaustic work, or on sanded pastel paper before pastel painting, as well as for drawing.
